The Irish Cocktail Festival returns for the third year this October and this time its bigger and better than ever. Previously a city-wide event, this year its going nationwide with pubs, bars and restaurants across the country taking part. The event will run between October 10th and 15th 2016 and showcase the incredible range of Irish spirits available throughout Ireland. Like the other festivals in the range (Whiskey Festival and Gin and Tonic Festival) this one is a celebration of all things Irish and a unique opportunity for all to support Irish producers.
Who is involved?
Taking part in Dublin this year we have the likes of Bow Lane, The Camden Exchange, Lemuels in the Conrad Hotel, Delahunt, Brookwood and Drury Buildings. In Cork we have Bar Pigalle, Brick Lane and Edison. In Belfast, The Stokers Halt. In Waterford, Revolution Craft Bar and Davy Macs. You can find a full list of all the venues here.
How do I share the experience?
Throughout the festival the public are encouraged to share their favourite drinks via social media using the hashtag #IrishCocktail on Twitter and of course spread the word at www.facebook.com/GreatIrishBeverages.
