A guest with the AA Foodies at a spectacular gin tasting evening in Coppinger Row, which was followed by a superb dinner prepared by head chef Ed Daly. Take a look at the video below to see the incredible food we enjoyed.

For student magazine utzine in the University Times in Trinity College I put together a piece on the theme of ‘Making New’. As it was a student based magazine I took an old favourite of Egg in a Cup and pimped it up. Quick and easy to do and kind to the wallet. Recipe here.
I published the article Pre Marathon Health Check Incident on my blog and it attracted the attention of a local magazine. They published it in their Sports section. I suppose that means I can claim I’m a ‘Sports Journalist’ now.
